The deal was great for a set of 4 tires and installation which is why I even considered coming to Walmart. First they canceled my first appointment and said they can’t install it then later that day they said I can reschedule if I wanted to. I made another appointment, came in and then they were not able to take off one of the tires, my husband was able to do it with a tool that he had in his car. I called to see if they had open availability for oil changes and I sat on the phone for 16 mins. The customer service department picked up 3 times to redirect the call back to the auto center 😂😂 I’m not even mad it’s really just sad. The store is so big they have no control!! FIRE THE AUTO CARE CENTER MANAGER!! Get control of your departments people!! 😂
10 minutes while phone rang. Nobody would answer. I'm not driving 20 minutes to find out they do or do not have my battery in stock. What a joke. I bet Sam Walton is rolling in his grave at how they are today.
