Dude I’ve been waiting here since 2:00 pm for an oil change. It’s now 4:38 :/
Terrible service. I had an appointment today, August 7, 2025, at 2 p.m. to change my car tire. I arrived at the location at the scheduled time, and they refused to see me. Employees Luis and Willian were sitting around talking and refused to change the tire. They told me they couldn't change just one. They made several excuses, and I had to leave without changing the tire.
Very good customer service. Hopefully always be like that.
Under staffed but really hard workers. The last time I had an oil change they over tightened my filter. Fortunately Manny was able to get it off and get me back up and running again. Be kind to these guys their job is hard enough as it is.
At the mercy of these mechanics. Timeline: 2:30p appt for oil change ->>>>> received [“your vehicle is ready”] text at 4:06p. The service was actually done (I could see my car waiting for me to drive it off this lot). Where I became irate was - @ 4:51 pm, when the rain came pouring down, that’s when someone finally acknowledged me to process payment.
