Helped me test my battery and got it replaced for free with the warrenty. Everything went smoothly, eventhough they didn't have the serial number in their system.
It didn't seem to matter if I had an appointment or not. I made a Saturday morning appointment and wasn't quite sure where to go, so I walked in and asked. The associate was friendly and told me to join the line of cars outside. While waiting, the 15 minutes appointment "hold" lapsed. So it literally did not matter that I had made an appointment.
