Under staffed but really hard workers. The last time I had an oil change they over tightened my filter. Fortunately Manny was able to get it off and get me back up and running again. Be kind to these guys their job is hard enough as it is.
At the mercy of these mechanics. Timeline: 2:30p appt for oil change ->>>>> received [“your vehicle is ready”] text at 4:06p. The service was actually done (I could see my car waiting for me to drive it off this lot). Where I became irate was - @ 4:51 pm, when the rain came pouring down, that’s when someone finally acknowledged me to process payment. After some issues with figuring out the oil for my diesel truck Matt and the team got together and figured it out.

I went to get an oil change and ended up driving off because they never came to attend m. The service mechanic was looking at me sitting in my car like what do u want and then walked away as I was waiting for him to come assist me... I was disappointed! I normally get my batteries here and never have I received such bad service!
