went for an oil change after driving a distance just to get told oh we don't have this oil but I can purchase at the store? like for what why can't you guys get the oil and use it why do I have to purchased it? does that makes sense? which at the end of the day I was going to purchase it but by then I had trust issues so thanks! for the waste of my time all of it could've been avoided NASTY SERVICE. on top of that that man that was checking people in did not speak English, Maybe find him another position?
