I went there to service my car. Although I had an appointment, they started to service my car after 50 minutes. When I received my car, on the paper it shows they checked my tires pressure and adjusted all to 33 but they never checked them.
If I could give zero stars, I would. I had an appointment, and it was supposed to take about 45 minutes, but I left over two hours later. The service manager that I dealt with, supposedly he goes by J. Low, should not be working with people. He was extremely rude when I asked when my car would be taken back when it had been sitting there almost twenty minutes. Book an appointment in person to have my tire repaired, come back the next day to get the tire repaired and told they shouldn't of scheduled the appointment because they can't fix it.
Quick and efficient.
I had an issue with my car service but J.R., the manager in the car service area, made things right before I even noticed the issue. Thank you all!
