Awful, I didn't even get the service I know it's Sunday but we choose where to work ,they use to have good guys working in this location 👎👎👎👎
I purchased a tire online and booked my appointment to get it installed. Long story short they not only put a different tire on my car they put the wrong size. They have the worst customer service and they leave your windows down after they service and park your car.
Very lazy. They want to get paid and not work. I’ve been to this location twice and both times they had an excuse for why they couldn’t do a service they offer. Second time they replaced the tire and refused to reset the tire system “bc it’ll reset on it’s on” even though I’ve had several tire changes and never had this problem with my car. And now my sensor system is messed up and I had no issue with it before they touched my car.
I was checked in by David. My technician was Fernando N., and he was awesome. He pointed out a couple of things I wasn’t aware of and did an excellent job explaining them. The service was quick and reliable, just like any other place—but with a great price and amazing customer service.
