The worst experience of my life. BEWARE OF SMALL, TINY, EMOTIONAL, INSECURE, DISRESPECTFUL, LITTLE MAN. He has a surge of emotions that he def needs to take care of before working in a customer service setting. Said my lugs were swollen. What kind of tire shop can’t handle this situation. Seems like it was lazy work**They didn’t want to do it**
Bought 4 new tires and scheduled an appointment to have them put on. Only to show up to the appointment for then to tell me they didn't have a socket to remove the lug nuts so they can't do it. That I have to go to Firestone and have them put new lug nuts on. When I asked him to explain how new lug nuts that would be the same size as the current ones would fix the problem of him not having the correct socket size. Their oil change prices a great, but they only have 3 people working everyday. It's my second time coming here and the story repeats itself. Not enough people. They also take a very long time to finish.
