Very lazy. They want to get paid and not work. I’ve been to this location twice and both times they had an excuse for why they couldn’t do a service they offer. Second time they replaced the tire and refused to reset the tire system “bc it’ll reset on it’s on” even though I’ve had several tire changes and never had this problem with my car. And now my sensor system is messed up and I had no issue with it before they touched my car.

I was checked in by David. My technician was Fernando N., and he was awesome. He pointed out a couple of things I wasn’t aware of and did an excellent job explaining them. The service was quick and reliable, just like any other place—but with a great price and amazing customer service.

I went in yesterday at 4:30 and all lanes were closed even though it says they close at 7pm. I went inside I spoke to Josh in the desk and he said they only had 2 guys that's why they are closed. He looked up the tires and said they didn't have the tire I needed to replace in stock. Today a morning later I called there customer service and was told they did have 8 tires in stock to go ahead and go in.
