The lady who checked me in was really nice. So it comes time for me to go pay. The guy was not at the register....I waited like 2/3 mins and he came didn't say anything said give him a min. Then he came slid my keys across the counter. He rung up my tumbler only cause I had it standing upright. I had some shirts...he didn't want to touch them. Good place to replace auto battery.
Scheduled oil change appointment for 11:30. Sat there for 2 hours and they still didn't start on it. I wouldn't recommend this walmart automotive center to anyone.
There was a young lady working the auto care center register this morning. I just want to say she was very professional and very helpful. I had a unique situation and she was trying to find every way she could to help me. I didn't get her name but I really appreciate her making every effort to help.
First time trying walmart service center for their prices. Appointment at 1pm for tire change. Still here at 420pm. Went to check the truck, tires are still off the truck. Plan to spend your entire afternoon here if you want to get your tires changed.
