I went to Walmart for a simple 20-minute oil change. I arrived at 10:30 a.m. A lady came out from around the building—one associate was working on a car, and another was just standing there watching. The lady wrote up my ticket, took my keys, and told me there were two appointment vehicles ahead of me, plus one walk-in. I was the second walk-in, so she estimated it would take about an hour. Made my appointment which was little bit of a pain because the website kept timing me out and then the appointment I had wasn't available. Brought the car in to get tire replaced and had Rachel do the work. I definitely recommend she did a great job.
Crappy service don't want to do oil changes liars
Was told 3 hr wait they couldn’t get me to make an appointment so I did the next following day and showed up waited 35 minutes and no one greeted me or said we will be right with you. What was the point of making an appointment then if you are still not available?? Never coming here again. Worst service I’ve seen.
I made an appointment a few days ago then showed up at my scheduled time. As they were working on my oil change they called me (after an hour) and said that my screws were stripping when they were working on it and the clips were breaking and that it would be another hour if I wanted to continue with the oil change. I had never had an issue with that before at any of my previous oil changes at other auto places.
