I always come to Saginaw Walmart for my oil change and tires. I drive from Watauga to this specific location because they are the only automotive shop I trust. There’s always a wait since I come in as a walk in but as someone who works in a salon I understand that booked appointments come first so I don’t mind the wait I just walk around Walmart to kill time. The manager Nathan is super nice and he makes sure that my car is done right!!!
My car battery was dead. I called ahead they said it's first come first serve for free install. I showed up around 8am and was out by 840ish, they had appointments ahead of me. I'm happy with the service technicians and checkin lady.
I went to Walmart for a simple 20-minute oil change. I arrived at 10:30 a.m. A lady came out from around the building—one associate was working on a car, and another was just standing there watching. The lady wrote up my ticket, took my keys, and told me there were two appointment vehicles ahead of me, plus one walk-in. I was the second walk-in, so she estimated it would take about an hour. Made my appointment which was little bit of a pain because the website kept timing me out and then the appointment I had wasn't available. Brought the car in to get tire replaced and had Rachel do the work. I definitely recommend she did a great job.
