Walmart, please train your employees. The auto center refused to honor services covered under W+ membership. I was there for a scheduled oil change and wanted my tire looked at because of a slow leak, which is a free service for W+ members. The employee insisted I would have to pay full price because I didn't have them installed at Walmart. I literally read the policy off of the Walmart App. He said the app was wrong. Worst experience of oil change. 2hours waiting even with appointment. Highly not recommended. The service provider checked in walk-ins before me. They started to work on my car one hour after check in. This employees are super unprofessional in this branch.
Waited 40 minutes just to pick up tires
