Great customer service at this location Rosalinda deserves a raise. I was turned away at the goldenrod auto center location while there was absolutely no one there the associate claimed "they couldn't take me because I had no appointment" that's not the way to treat a paying customer wanting to buy 4 NEW tires they were absolutely not busy by the looks of it. anyways after that sad interaction Rosalinda saved the day got me my new tire she deserves some recognition.
Tried to get an oil change add an appointment they put me down for a tire replacement. Nobody spoke English and understood or cared that l just needed a oil change and after reading the other reviews decided to not even take my car there for bad customer service to begin with can't trust them with working on my vehicle. Which is unfortunate I actually gave them the benefit of the doubt.
No communication. Horrible service. Showed up at 3 pm for my 4 pm appt and walked out at 530. All i needed was one tire patched.
