Deserves ZERO stars!!....Wasted two hours on this place, for two tires that they said, would take an hour and a half to change.... After two hours, crickets. Asked what was taking so long and no one had an answer/clue. Three different employees had no answer/clue. Matter of fact, they could barely speak English (or acted like it for their incompetence). The absolute worst customer service - Walmart should close this auto center doors, as I'm sure they're losing money.
Got new Pirellis tires at a very good cost, you have to make sure you tell them exactly what you expect. Before I started I had to inspect the new tires to make sure date codes were recent. I had to remind the service advisor that TPMS service kit is included and then relay to the techs. They didn’t install the new service pack on first 2 wheel as I watched and I had to stop them. They had to redo first two wheels with TPMS service it after I caught it.
Had to change my review unfortunately I came in because I caught a unexpected flat i bought 4 tires a few months back in this location and received awesome treatment. However when I came in my tire was not repairable so I ended up buying a brand new one and it took over 2 and half hours to put on mind you when I got the new 4 tires it took under an hour without an appointment. 4 .hours for a tire plug. Then I was challenged by one of the workers because I kept going out to see the progress of my vehicle as if he had a problem with me doing so. He began to speak in a loud tone and say "don't worry papi we going to finish!!" I don't know if this is customer service for this location but someone should look into this.
