Went in at 10am to get a tire change. They told me they had the tire but made me an appointment at 3 because low staff. Come back and the guy I spoke with trued to rush the conversation and told me they did not have the tire in stock. Now I just wasted a day and still have a flat tire. And have to call around looking for one.
Have absolutely ZERO awareness when it comes to customer service. Will stop at the path of least resistance. Avoid this place like the plague
