The worst experience, i had an appointment at 4pm , arrived at 3.45pm and didn't get out of there till 6.30pm! there was 1 other person ahead of me and 2 "technicians" on the floor, a complete disaster , not sure what they were doing for 3 hours but here was no sense or urgency at all. This was for just 4 tires to be mounted, should be a 1 hour job at most. I think you should shut this "service" center down and have a re think n how to run it and who is working there

the customer service here from Eric/Alex was phenomenal
I would like to thank Jimmy in the auto care center you see I'm disabled with a walker He assisted me with my walker and helped me find the items I needed! We strike up a short conversation and he's a great guy and represents Walmart well
I did have a small issue BUT the wonderful team fixed it for me. Deon, Alex, and Gorzell all wonderful
