Alex who was doing my service had amazing customer service and gave me an update regarding my vehicle needing new lug nuts and was professional and friendly. First time i came in a walmart auto center feeling welcomed.
The worst experience, i had an appointment at 4pm , arrived at 3.45pm and didn't get out of there till 6.30pm! there was 1 other person ahead of me and 2 "technicians" on the floor, a complete disaster , not sure what they were doing for 3 hours but here was no sense or urgency at all. This was for just 4 tires to be mounted, should be a 1 hour job at most. I think you should shut this "service" center down and have a re think n how to run it and who is working there
