I ordered 4 tires online according to my vehicle. Then scheduled an appt to have the tires installed. The appt was cancelled. I rescheduled the appt. I checked in early. An hour and a half later they tell me I ordered the wrong size tires. Horrible experience.
Efficient. Darnell was kind and very helpful.
The worst customer service I’ve ever had . Employees cursing in-front of my 7 year old child . Place is disgraceful!!
Took literally 10 minutes to get them on the phone at 8:30 am to have them tell me they can’t help me I have to go online and find the tires myself and was told that if we don’t answer call back in thirty minutes. Like what
