I wanted to replace the sensor on my tire and they couldn't find which one was damaged. I told them that one sensor was damaged and they told me that 3 sensors were damaged. Almost 95% of non-professionals work in the automotive service industry at Walmart.

Robert ( dept manager) needs to be fired. I went in for a oil change, put crew, after making the decision to put in full synthetic which is $25 more without my permission they wanted to charge me more. I told them I'd go somewhere else and he told me they already put the more expensive oil in. I told him I didn't approve that and I wanted the cheaper price. I didn't approve the more expensive oil so Robert tells me he's going to take the synthetic oil out of my car and put in the put crew oil that supposedly my jeep renegade... read more

Pretty incompetent tires service department manager on 10/5/25. Spent over 20 min on hold, they answered and I asked how long the wait was for tires and they just hung up. Lost out on four new tire sale today due to attitude and unwillingness to do the job.
