Called to make an appointment to get my oil changed and two new back tires. When arriving for my appointment I find that the oil change appointment was never made for me. So I’m slightly frustrated and just say okay do the tires. In December I got into a fender bender and I had a small piece messed up on the FRONT of my car. I won't even give one if there is zero. You guys need to do something. My appointment was at 6 pm and wait until 7:30pm and told me that they won't be able to do it because they are closed and want me to reschedule it. I left without saying anything before my temper kicked in and things become worst. Walmart Auto Care should be closed. I've these many reviews but do not see a single reply from the management team. The techs and counter people will have a thousand excuses why they can't/won't' help you. They seem completely shocked and confused when someone actually shows up for an appointment.
Came on 5/13 stood waiting for 36 minutes at the tire center for them to come out and say they are closed at 4pm when sign clearly states 7pm. You shouldn't be making people wait over 30 minutes just to turn them away. This is literally the worst Walmart but I tried to give it one more chance
