It’s so so bad. Just horrible service. I’ve taken the same car back three times for the same tire. Took my wife’s car that’s gone flat everyday for the last few days prior to the appointment, and they told they found nothing wrong with the tire. No clue who these people are they hire, it’s very cheap but there’s a reason why. I also had to call 11 times to get a human to tell me why my service was paused.
Rich has terrible customer service. This is the second time he seems to have an attitude towards customer for no reason. The guys in the back explain things much better and with more respect than Rich.
I took my car in on 11/22/2025 for a scheduled tire rotation. 2-3 weeks later I started hearing a rubbing/thumping sound coming from around the tires. I took my car back to see if they could check if something they did was wrong. They refused to take my car into the bay because I didn’t have an appointment, even though all the garages were completely empty. They weren’t busy at all. Oil change service was quick and convenient.
I ordered tires a week ahead, expecting them to arrive Friday. I schedule a Saturday appointment due to my work in Greenwood and living east. When I go to my appointment I was told the tires didn’t arrive and had to return the next day. Despite being promised a 1 PM appointment and a call if tires arrived earlier, I received no communication.
