People say team lead guy is super rude and I personally experienced it today
Customer service wasn't horrible but the reason for the one star is because they DO NOT LISTEN. GROSSLY INADEQUATE. They want to do their jobs accurately but the training is not there whatsoever. Bud was kind but he just didn't listen and subsequently I wasted 1 valuable hour of my life.
They closing the auto parts early is kinda insane is say 7am to 7pm everyday what’s going on and it’s workers in that department smh the guy back there was a Asian man that was very rude and told me they closing early and wasn’t tryna help me schedule a appointment for the next day
