They closing the auto parts early is kinda insane is say 7am to 7pm everyday what’s going on and it’s workers in that department smh the guy back there was a Asian man that was very rude and told me they closing early and wasn’t tryna help me schedule a appointment for the next day
Tech that did my oil change was super nice. But the manager/team lead guy working the counter was extremely rude. And it wasn’t just towards me, he was being rude towards other customers In the area.
Went in 7/5 around 5/530pm to see if I could get my tire patched. Last resort option being that all the tire places were closed/closing. I asked the worker if he would be able to assist me as there were 2 hours before they closed before i could even finish my sentence he starts yelling saying “no he cant do it and is the only one there working and taking appointments only” which is fine but he got irrationally irate and my friend on the phone heard as well and was in disbelief of how he was talking to me. They left oil on the door and steering wheel. Also on the hood and front bumper. They used the wrong grade of oil for my truck. 5w20 instead of 5w30. They called me back and left a message that they had no record of me being there. I was. They suck. I will never go back there.
