I ordered the wrong size because the Walmart app wasn’t telling me the right information. I showed up and the staff helped me pick tires that would fit my car and got me in and out in under 30 minutes! Super excellent customer service, and Dylan was super helpful over the phone helping me get everything figured out! Reasonable price, and didn’t try to overcharge me for anything like many other auto care places. Overall super positive experience!
They failed to notify me when my cars oil change was done and I spent an hour wandering around Walmart for no reason! No apologies either, absolutely horrible staff and failure of leadership. Will NOT be going back.
