My Wife and I were visiting our Daughter out of state (Boise, Store #05841) and noticed she was in need of tires. We were greeted by Shona T who let us know that the tires she needed required ordering. She spoke with a couple of gentlemen in the back who came out and were absolutely the two nicest and helpful guys I've ever come across when purchasing tires. Douglas helped me find the right battery and installed it for me as well! He was very friendly and was clearly a very skilled mechanic, something you don't usually find at a Walmart service center.
