Dropped our truck off for an oil change, shopped for 40 minutes and then went to the auto center to wait, only to find they hadn’t even started! They weren’t even busy! One car in a bay, had no explanation as to why it wasn’t even started yet….. Walmart auto center Hammond sucks! They should close it all together since no one wants to do any work any way
Not really impressed on the quality of people working in the back the prices are OK but the service is subpar at best. It is Walmart, one of my favorite stores, but the Tire center, I would not recommend under any circumstances

Absolute crap service... takes forever, employees are oblivious, loud and full of their own drama, unorganized and unprofessional as hell...
Great employees that helped us with a tire problem and got us back on the road. Thank you!!!
