Don’t waste your time here. I work in Metairie at an accounting firm from 8-5 so I had my sister come by to get a new tire for me since I wouldn’t be able to. My sister brought the car in at 10 in the morning. She let them know I just needed a new tire and that I’d put it on myself. By the time I got off work (at 5:20 PM), not only had they not started on the tire, they messed the order up in the system and cancelled the order and somehow failed to mention this to my sister. This place has terrible customer service. The older woman outside that checks your car in was so rude. I said "Hi, could I get a new tire please?" in a polite tone. She proceeded to say "Have you not been here before? Because here we say hii how are you doing today instead of just asking for a tire". She then kept repeated "Hi how are you today?" until I said it as well, as if I was a child. She would not proceed with the interaction until I did it. The lady checking us in for a tire change was quite rude and unhelpful. She doesn’t deserve a job with the public. Unfriendly experience.
Lou and Joe changed the tires on my truck and did an excellent job. The work was top quality, fast, and done right the first time. Communication was great they kept me informed . I definitely recommend them and will be using their services again.
JP from automotive was a great help assisted me greatly.
