This place is a joke
You have to make an appointment for tire replacement but the autocare center never answers their phone. And if the do they immediately hang up the call. Walmart has the worst customer service ever!
The most unprofessional, never start on time place I’ve ever been too. They open at 7am and no one is EVER HERE TO START WORKING! They open the gates and just be standing around talking while the line gets longer and longer!
Don’t waste your time making an appointment to this place. There’s no Manager, Supervisor at all. They treat you like you weren’t there , they don’t even talk to you. No respect at all. Spent 1 hours waiting after my appointment to be informed they could not change the oil.
