Staff is rude and don’t even have time for a tire rotation
Visited for tire balancing—zero cars in the tire bay, yet was told they could only balance one wheel due to "emergency/appointment only" policy. Made an appointment for the next day to finish the job. Showed up on time; different associate said they don’t do balancing on appointments, only installations. Advised to come back Sunday when "less busy." Then received a text from Walmart saying I missed my appointment—when I was there on time. What a garbage store. Multiple employees with around talking not working. I waited in line for 20 minutes only to be told that I needed to drive my car up to the garage myself and that’s how you get checked in. Then I sat there for another 30 minutes because they were only using one of the four garages they have and the other 5 employees that were there were just sitting there talking not doing any sort of work whatsoever.
