Waited over an hour for an oil change when no one was in front of me. The communication was poor, people who came after me got serviced before me and no one at the desk could tell me how long my car would take. 2 stars because they were polite but they were not helpful overall except for the mechanic who changed my oil. He was super nice and I explained my situation and he told me what was going on and their priorities. He got to my car a few minutes after I talked to him.
