So walmart was the last place to do an oil change on a jeep we own. So the next time I decided to do the oil myself. The bolt head was so stripped I needed to pound a socket on it. What a bunch of clowns. Sent my wife to get a tire rotation because its included with a tire purchase. She was there for 2 hours and they told her they didn't have the tools to take the lug nugnuts off. They said we need to go to a real auto shop!
