Would like to recognize Virgil for his outstanding customer service! He went out of his way to help me with a tire issue. After stopping at 4 different tire locations, I could not receive any guidance or suggestions on the tire, which had a leak due to a small nail. Virgil marked the damaged area and suggested I put filler in. It worked perfectly. He even took the time in explaining the issue with my husband who was in Ohio, I was traveling. Thank you Virgil
Kid took his tire in for a flat repair. Didn't get it right. Went back. Still didn't get it right. The Third! time back for the same fix, and they are trying to charge him for their incompetence. Luckily I was their to point out if they fixed it right the first time (or two) we shouldn't have to pay for the third! Save yourself the headache and go to Belle Tire or a dealer.
As someone who is always concerned with reviews and making sure my money will be worth it.. Walmart did great with my tires. I got them on at Noon today and have driven them quite a bit since with no issues. I will say they don’t do alignments, and there was an issue with my 7am appointment. I scheduled at 7am and my tires didn’t show up and I didn’t get the text that my appointment was canceled until 30mins before and I was already on my way. Both times the guys in there were great!
