This cannot possibly be for all Walmart automotive centers. However it is for the one in lake Worth. Because recently because of the colder weather I've had a low tire and all of the air chucks around the city are missing from the air pumps, so I went and got my oil changed I assumed they would put air in my tire. But they did not and when I asked about it because the paperwork says they checked all 4 tires and they were good. You never looked at my tires because I have one bad tire. Excellence as usual!
I got there first thing in the morning before they opened and the older man with glasses just walks past me to the car behind me and got their car in first. When he came back and finally asked what I needed. I said if you guys can patch a hole in a tire, then he decide to give me a lecture on how big of hole in the tire they can repair and asked me why I patched it myself? Very unsatisfied, took almost 2 hours for a set of tires to be put on no cars were in the shop but mine and someone else!!! Had one person working taking his time while others walking around doing nothing !! When I arrive this elder man gave me an attitude… 0/10 do not recommend - they did take care of my installation fee of 75$ but other then that service was bad until the manger got there.
They take WAY WAY too long! They randomly Cancel appts then accuse me of not showing up! After I already paid for tire online! Never getting tires from Walmart again
