This department for the Lake Worth location is not particularly polite or helpful. My wife had came home one day and stated when she attempted to schedule the vehicle for service, there was an older man whom see to be a senior employee of the auto care department, maybe even a manager who was pretty rude. I met this person the next day for the actual service and I agreed that he was not the most professional or polite person. Went at 6 they close at 7. There was a car a head of me. They took them in right away. They walk up to me and tell me they can’t talk anymore cars because they’re full for the day. Worst customer service ever.
I went for a oil change they do a great job
Don't waste your time going here lazy employees who don't want to work.
This cannot possibly be for all Walmart automotive centers. However it is for the one in lake Worth. Because recently because of the colder weather I've had a low tire and all of the air chucks around the city are missing from the air pumps, so I went and got my oil changed I assumed they would put air in my tire. But they did not and when I asked about it because the paperwork says they checked all 4 tires and they were good. You never looked at my tires because I have one bad tire.
