Took my car for tires rotation on June 28th, ended up with smashed fender, cracked front bumper, smashed bearing hubs, fried radio, broken/ cracked windshield and NO car or transportation until this moment!! Best advise, don't trust this Walmart auto center, find yourself a good auto center that hires a real skilled labor!!
Didnt change the oil filter and still charged us for it. Half Ass, manager Ramon even told me he didnt charge me for it
Bad service!!! Came early to do my oil change and they said they can't do my oil change because they only had one worker. And I had to be on the Schedule which there was no cars waiting for a oil change and this was early in the morning.
They left our hubcap loose and it fell off as we were driving home. When we called to see if it was left there or anything they said they didn’t keep it and weren’t willing to do anything about it. We also were there 2 hours when we had a scheduled appt that was supposed to take 10 mins
Extremely slow. An hour & a half for a battery change. I wouldn’t have minded if there were people in front of me. My vehicle was just sitting with the hood up. Multiple technicians come by, look under the hood and walk away, multiple times. The couple sitting next to me was waiting 3 hours for an oil change.
