They had me scheduled a time, dropped off my car. Came back an hour and a half later and my car was still sitting outside not getting worked on. I asked them about it and it took them another 40 minutes to even get one tire off the car. I asked them if I could reschedule or cancel and the guy at the front gave me attitude for not wanting to reschedule with them right away, and then proceeded to take another 30 minutes to get my car down and give me my keys. I read mixed reviews for the Walmart Auto Care Center on Unser in Rio Rancho, but decided to keep my appointment for an oil change because I had friends who had good experiences there for years. Went in for oil change. It was dripping, took it back. They claimed nothing wrong that it was condensation. I said condensation isn't brownish, it's clear. I said, as long as you fixed it. Went on my trip and it was still leaking. I checked the oil filter. It was dripping from there. Turn the oil filter almost a full rotation. I lost about a quart!
