Made a same day online appointment to have all four tires changed. Everyone was super helpful and swift. Didn't take more than 45 minutes and there was plenty of seating in the waiting area. Would recommend.
Store was unable to figure out a simple tire return. Manager was no where to be found. One of the worst versions of customer service I have experienced in far too long.
They do everything terribly slowly, they're in no hurry at all, an oil change turns into a half-day quest. I think this is the last time I'll use their services, I'll be looking for another service.
Durand & Randall took great care of me! They got me in and out! I will be returning!
Extremely poor customer service in the auto department. Went there for oil change and no one would even talk to me for 30 minutes. Stepped out of my car to talk to the guy who was taking info of cars and he was so rude and acting unprofessional. Then I left and went to another garage and did my oil change.
