I pre-ordered online a set of 4 tires for installation and even when the application say they received and ready for installation after 3 days, 30 minutes before of my appointment they cancelled, due to a delay of my tires delivery to the store. They just limited to tell me I need to reschedule my order of installation. VERY BAD SERVICE. I will never do it again at Walmart.
I stopped at the Business yesterday since I was in the area had trouble earlier with a battery purchased from Walmart in Lithonia. The guy I spoke with I stated I wanted to have my battery checked to see if it was under warranty. He told me it would ne a wait he had to install new tires on a car and had a oil change as well . He said it was only him and another person working and he said he had a appointment coming and had to call and see what time they were coming. Wow. So I told him I would leave and come back . Please train your employees. They are rude, disrespectful, and discriminate against Latinos. If you don’t like your job, find something else. No matter what job you have, do it with respect and passion—at least you have a job. If you’re unhappy with your life, that’s on you. We all have problems, but that’s no excuse to mistreat others. Treat people with decency.
