I had a very disappointing experience with a service agent during my visit. I was told that I needed to purchase my own oil and filter before the service, so I reached out to confirm the correct details to make sure I bought the right items for my car. When I asked for clarification, the agent checking customers in with the tablet was very rude, impatient, and dismissive. November 2025 update. I’m sitting here waiting for someone to check me in. There are three people slowly walking around but it’s been nearly 20 minutes. I finally talked to one of the workers and he said to give him a minute. Then nothing. I had a fairly ok experience last time but this sucks. At least, check the customers in and let them go. Awful service
Horrible. Opens late every single time. Scheduled appointment for 7 am because I had to be at work. Seems as if they just open when they are ready.
