Had an appointment for 3pm to get a tire repaired or replaced. Checked in, and they said they’d text us when it was ready, so we decided to go get some shopping done while we waited. We came back around 4:30 and THEY HADN’T EVEN STARTED ON IT YET!! So, we went and put all of our perishables back because we didn’t want them to thaw while we waited, and they STILL HADN’T EVEN BROUGHT OUR CAR INTO A BAY when we got back. Nobody answers the phone. It takes at least an hour to do an oil change with an appointment. Instructions are not followed. Billed for a service not requested on line and confrimed in person. No air addded in the tires.
attention of management ❗❗❗ stupid and unqualified staff. it seems that they are not trained at all, people just come to get money and not work.
