November 2025 update. I’m sitting here waiting for someone to check me in. There are three people slowly walking around but it’s been nearly 20 minutes. I finally talked to one of the workers and he said to give him a minute. Then nothing. I had a fairly ok experience last time but this sucks. At least, check the customers in and let them go. Awful service
Horrible. Opens late every single time. Scheduled appointment for 7 am because I had to be at work. Seems as if they just open when they are ready.
Made a same day online appointment to have all four tires changed. Everyone was super helpful and swift. Didn't take more than 45 minutes and there was plenty of seating in the waiting area. Would recommend.
Store was unable to figure out a simple tire return. Manager was no where to be found. One of the worst versions of customer service I have experienced in far too long.
