Took my 2022 well-maintained minivan in for a full synthetic oil change a little less than 3 months ago and right at 3300 miles ago. Synthetic should last longer than a regular oil change. I took my vehicle to Total True automotive for a bearing issue and after doing a full inspection, they told me that they are convinced Walmart didn’t actually change my oil in March. They took great care of us today! My husband went to get some tires, and Billy went above and beyond for him.
Hands down the worst. They always come up with reasons to not honor fixing flats hours after they make you wait!!
This store has a great and knowledgeable service department.
