Went to get some windshield wipers, and they helped me out, snapped them babies on and had me on my way. Made it look easy after I was sitting there fumblin with em for a few minutes.
Appointment was canceled without asking if I’d like to buy a tire since the one I had wouldn’t work. Staff had time to talk negatively about the situation among themselves without trying to solve the issue. I asked if I could just buy one it was too late since they had canceled my appointment without asking - not professional not sure what was amusing to staff . Driving with an unsafe tire doesn’t seem like a joke to most . Will not go back 0 stars
Absolutely, can't get anybody in automotive to help you at the desk. And then you gotta find somebody and beg Em to let you out of the door because they've got you locked in to sliding door. This review is the store on highway 54 in owensboro.. I ended up leaving.I didn't get a service done because I couldn't get anybody to wait on me at the counter
