Came in today about 1130 or so too do a oil change, I noticed they move a car ahead of me so I went out and told them they can wait inn line like I had done, and the guy said appointments was priority over everyone else, and he told me if I didn't like it I could leave, so I did!! Went too Valvoline and got service on my car right away!! Highly recommend Valvoline!!
Very impressed with how smoothly everything went for me here. Seems much better than the other Walmart auto center I visited prior. The staff were mostly all friendly and helpful, which makes me feel much more confident leaving my car in their care.
Terrible service! I needed one tire replaced (the same tire on the other side was replaced earlier this summer)Came in on a Saturday and was busy so I scheduled an appointment with the register lady for the next day at 930 in the morning. When I went in I was denied my appointment because I wouldn’t purchase 4 new tires. Their liability concerns are for money reasons only.
Terrible service!!!!! Guys walking around not doing anything sat for over 2 hours waiting for tires to get put on my car tried scheduling an appointment and they said it was first come first serve then sat and watched them take two vehicles that came after me saying they had appointments
