New guy got my car done fast and professional, noticed my windshield wipers crapped out, I forgot about it got them replaced. Better experience then the other walmart. I just hope he's not to new where I'll find out my oil is leaking.
Andrew Tikamp Is the worst employee they have. Incompetent and rude. I called about a concern due to the lack of service they provided and was hung up on. Do not take your vehicles here. The lube techs are wanna be mechanics who are lazy and barely know what they’re doing.
Don’t call this center and expect to get any service. The first time I called they didn’t answer, the second time I called they hung up on me mid call. I called them out a desperation and they told me there wasn’t any appointments for the next 72 hours of any sort for tires. I told them I could be there first thing when they opened as I just needed a check on if anything had caused the flat tire I had other than the cold because I had already gotten it reinflated at another place on my way home. THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. I only got my tires. Mounted here because I was too lazy to take them back to my shop and do them myself. Bad mistake. I had an appointment at 5pm. Car didn’t get brought in until almost 6pm. Then didn’t start working on it until 20 minutes later. They “couldn’t get the lug nuts off because they were too tight” and they don’t have a breaker bar to get them off. After all that and 2 more hours of waiting they finally got done.
