They couldn't give my Van an oil change. Pretty upsetting because they have an entire shop and team, and they couldn't do something I could have done myself if I had a place to do it.

Was told they could install my tires and i verified sizes over the phone. Drove down there and then was declined. Because the tires are a different size. The manager lady also lacks automotive knowledge and is not fit for the position.
Took my car to get 4 tires done, got the rears done and they claimed they couldn’t get the front tires off which is embarrassing as hell for a tire shop. I’ve pulled the fronts off more times than I can count with a lug bar and a cheater and they genuinely claim with the tools they have they can’t get 5 lugs off on a sedan. Caused a headache I didn’t need to mount the others, which discount tire did in 45 minutes with no complaints. Never take your shit here.
