This "Auto Care" Walmart location is always struggling and it shows on the faces of its employees. They don't even have the standard lift adapters for certain makes/models of vehicles. You would think they would have them after being open for over 10+ years, but they don't. The Walmart website, when ordering my tires, stated that the tires I had ordered would fit my vehicle. They couldn't give my Van an oil change. Pretty upsetting because they have an entire shop and team, and they couldn't do something I could have done myself if I had a place to do it.
Bad experience. He gave me an appointment and then didn't keep his promise.
Was told they could install my tires and i verified sizes over the phone. Drove down there and then was declined. Because the tires are a different size. The manager lady also lacks automotive knowledge and is not fit for the position.
