Took my car to get 4 tires done, got the rears done and they claimed they couldn’t get the front tires off which is embarrassing as hell for a tire shop. I’ve pulled the fronts off more times than I can count with a lug bar and a cheater and they genuinely claim with the tools they have they can’t get 5 lugs off on a sedan. Caused a headache I didn’t need to mount the others, which discount tire did in 45 minutes with no complaints. Never take your shit here.
You make an appointment for service but when you come in they don’t have any mechanics to actually work on your car. Has happened for oil changes and tire work. This has happened 3 times. They are not a dependable place to get work done on your car.
