I have a problem here every time I come here. A few months ago I ordered tires for one of my cars and scheduled an installation. When I get there, the auto clerk tells me that the tires are not back there and she can't schedule me until they are, Then told me that I had to go up front to pick them up first. This is after she told the guy in front of me that it was an hour wait. Took over 5 hours for them replace one tire…
