Oil change was overpriced and took 3 hours even though I arrived at 8am
The woman that is working till close time on Sunday, sat on the phone for 20 mins like I wasn’t standing in front of her. She was talking about her plans for the weekend so it didn’t sound work related. Never did get my tires. I couldn’t stand there any longer.
No staff, no time management Scheduled appointment and waited for 3 hours only to ask for my keys back. Bad management
