The woman that is working till close time on Sunday, sat on the phone for 20 mins like I wasn’t standing in front of her. She was talking about her plans for the weekend so it didn’t sound work related. Never did get my tires. I couldn’t stand there any longer.
No staff, no time management Scheduled appointment and waited for 3 hours only to ask for my keys back. Bad management
If I could give them zero stars I would. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. If your vehicle is older than 2010 or has any rust do not go to this location for anything. They will only do half the job, charge you for full and try to force you to pay more than you need to. I brought my truck in 4 times for them to change ONE TIRE. They made me sit there for two hours, then refused to do the job I had paid them for and refuse to refund me for it. Scam artists and idiots.
