I have a problem here every time I come here. A few months ago I ordered tires for one of my cars and scheduled an installation. When I get there, the auto clerk tells me that the tires are not back there and she can't schedule me until they are, Then told me that I had to go up front to pick them up first. Oil change was overpriced and took 3 hours even though I arrived at 8am
The woman that is working till close time on Sunday, sat on the phone for 20 mins like I wasn’t standing in front of her. She was talking about her plans for the weekend so it didn’t sound work related. Never did get my tires. I couldn’t stand there any longer.
