Came her to buy a Battery for 1985 Totoya pickup ,2.4 L Cirilo staff members sold me wrong battery. He told me that 65 battery will fit. Had to return back the battery was to small. Cirilo should not be behind the register. He lacks quality customer service skills. Over heard him talking about another customer to his coworkers and not in a nice way. I can’t ever come back to get my oil changed here again. There’s no point in making an appointment because they will just put other cars in front of you regardless. I got here at 9:30 and another lady got here at 11:30 and somehow she’s getting out first.

I had a appointment to install new tires i order in the website, showing up on time but 2 person was a head in line but was walking no appointment ending no hold please for me with appointment, I got mad after so star working in oder 2 car was after me taking 3 hours to install my tires ending with a broken tpms sensor on one of my tires they told me shut reset soon as drive around the truck, I won't come back the service is lazy no one take responsibility employees only do the basic to keep the job, if you buy the tires tak... read more
