I’m not one to write reviews, but I am so impressed with the fucillos ford service department in Adams that I had to say something. They’re the most caring group of people & they went above and beyond their job to help me. I can’t begin to explain my gratitude towards them. If you have any problems with your vehicle, this is the place to go!
The service is awesome. Got me right in for an inspection and took care of me. Will be back for service!!
I recently had some service work done at Fuccillo Ford and the service and care was amazing. They check everything on my car and went over the the results with me (even reminded me of my inspection coming up in September). I will always go there for my service.
I leased a vehicle from them the car is a total lemon and because I'm getting a buy back and have been playing phone tag with Ford, Fuccillos is unwilling to help me and my car has been there for over 2 weeks and they won't give me a rental even though I'm still paying on my car! I would give a 0 star rating but that's not an option..they were fine to start but because I've been playing phone tag it's "my fault" I'm not out of my vehicle even though every time I talk to Fuccillos they tell me either the person that's handlin... read more
