My experience was amazing. it all started with a call from Autumn and from there I spoke to Danielle, George and Scott. No pressures and everyone was easy to talk to. These guys fulfilled all my requirements with courtesy and kindness. Once I actually got to the dealership, everyone was amazing and pleasant even though I forgot to call and let them know I was on my way. Ed Donato made the trade-in and vehicle buying process very easy. I put my trade info in on the site and he contacted me the next day via text which was great- it allowed me to respond to him through out the day and ask any questions as I thought of them. The dealership is doing a great job abiding by all COVID policies and procedures, keeping both employees and customers as safe as possible. Ed Donato was fantastic to work with and I’m thankful for his hard work and dedication. When other locations/dealerships said the kind of deal I was trying to do was impossible he saw only the possible. Working hard with the finance folks on a number of different options he was able to get me a preliminary approval that included a generous trade-in and a ton of incentives in an afternoon on a Saturday.
