Today was my first visit at Wally, Jersey City. To sum it up… wow! Everyone was exceptional with how efficient their work was. Kudos to Dr. Lee, Keyhanna and Heather.
My experience with this location was unsatisfactory. I arrived 15 minutes late due to a delay in the tunnel, and as I was nearing the location, I received a text message informing me that my appointment was canceled without any alternatives provided. Unfortunately, this reflects a deficiency in customer service. Due to this situation, I have decided to cancel my membership, as I believe it is essential for a business to listen to its customers.
Heather was very professional and supportive for a gentle routine cleaning.
