No stars. I am guessing that there are so many people venting on this Facebook page because, like me, they are unable to actually speak to a supervisor. Waiting...and waiting...and waiting for a call back. Not impressed at all. No one seems to have a clue what's going on over there and there customer service is definitely not about the customer.
Just had 10 Windows replaced! Crew was very professional double checking everything before installing very happy with the service I received! I would recommend them!
I have been trying to contact Wallside Windows and have been unsuccessful due to a busy signal each time I call. You guys came out to install 2 windows at my fathers home and unfortunately someone measured 1 window incorrectly. Instead of installing the 1 window that was actually measured correctly, your guys took off and haven't returned or responded to any of our calls since. We have no idea what the status of our job is. So far not good!!!No call the day before. instead they call at 6:00 am to say we are on the way... Real nice. this is the second time we have had problems with the installing, and service even brought out the wrong window to replace last week. He was using a flashlight because it was so late. This is crappy service... The installers are now 30 min. late from when they said they would be here. I don't care how good your windows are your service speaks for your company!!!!
No Stars! I had a Patio Door & a Bow Window installed in my house 1 yr ago. They had to come back 6 times to do repairs. One window pane in Bow window did not seal. They brought a new one 2 wks later & broke existing pane trying to take it out, only to find the new pane didn't fit my new window. They had to put the broken pane back in until they brought the new pane. Moulding inside of Bow was too short. Only took Wallside 3 times to bring the right Moulding. It's 0 degrees tonite and I still can't believe how much difference the new windows have made. Our house is much more comfortable and costs less to heat. The install team was highly skilled and professional. Thanks again.
Got windows for my entire house from wallside. They are beautiful and I'm very happy with them. The crew was great. Keon Thomas was very professional and answered any questions I had. So thanks to Keon and the crew for a great job.
Purchased replacement windows and door-walls for our entire house in July 2013, they were installed in August. There were 24 window panes, more than half, that were DEFECTIVE and had to be replaced. They were replaced in October. This is November and we have two windows that are leaking water into the house when it rains. When are we going to be finished with these windows?!?
1 month after install and my front window is still broken (cracked during install!). Service has now cancelled with me two times, 1st time the tech got sick (understand that) they reschedule for a week later and now I am told they are backordered on a window they have known about for 1 month! Unreal!
