Had a rep come out over 6 weeks ago for windows and siding...18+ windows ,3 doorwalls,custom windows ,asked for a breakdown on the quote , like any other contractor would do ...still waiting for the quote.....had 2 homes done before but never again ! my guess is that the quote is way to hi and they don't want me to see that they are ripping of me ..CONSUMER BEWARE!
From start to finish my experience was wonderful! They showed up on time, completed the job within the time estimated and their clean up afterwords was done very thoroughly. I am so glad we went with wall side! This was our first big purchase on our first home and the salesman was so great with giving us options based on budget and style. From start to finish I was beyond pleased!!
It's Hughs crew & Windows ,& installation, aluminum siding around the window frame. & also put brand new wooden strips on every window , & used foam to install installation . And know there is no cold air getting through @ all anywhere . Thanks to Hugh & his Crew , they do it correctly like it's there business . Thank you Hugh & crew . Very much . Service has been good but product is a disappointment. .in just a few years I already have had 5 windows with broken seals..sure they come replace them but I have to call and take off work and stay home til they come..I replaced my windows so I would not have to be bothered but now I am still fussing about thdm
Absolutely no customer service. Cracked window since Jan 3, replaced Saturday and it cracked again...within 8 hours!!! Have to wait another 3 weeks for them to fix it. Ridiculous!!
Good windows if you like to watch your curtains blow in the wind. Oversized paper weights.. awsome customer service but thats all the good i can say. Now that we bought wallside windows my heat bill is 25-30% higher.
