I am so unsatisfied with my experience. I ordered windows the week after I took ownership of my new home in Ferndale. It took 6 weeks to have them made, which made sense to me. Three arrived cracked and took 3 weeks to replace - however the 2 that came the wrong size? Wallside made those up same day while the guys were still there. I'm scratching my head on that one. And then, the replacement windows? 2 arrived cracked AGAIN! I've now paid $10,000 to have my front window taped with duct tape for three weeks and now it's crac... read more
Still waiting for a confirmation today (415P) as to what time the repair person is arriving at my home tomorrow. Office is closed and after hours person can't help. Ugh!
I just had my new windows installed and the service staff could not have been better. Great service. Great product. I'd recommend WALLSIDE for any replacement windows you may need
Very shitty Windows
We are really happy with the new windows. But their customer service is HORRIBLE!!! We had a slider break in the middle of the coldest weather in michigan and they told us it would be two weeks before they can get there to fix it because they are only in west michigan one day every two weeks! That is STUPID! They had no problem coming everyday to sell windows but they do not carry that same mentality with their customer service. They also do not let you pick a service time just a day and they usually come when normal people ... read more
