My car broke down on my way home from work. AAA sent Wall’s towing to tow my car home. Brandon with Wall’s towing went above and beyond to help me. Due to covid your not allowed to ride with tow truck and my ride had not showed up yet. I was fine with waiting on the side of the bypass for her to show up. When I told Brandon he was good to go he told me he was not leaving me on the side of the road and waited for her to get there. Give that man a raise and a paid week off. This is the fourth time I have requested a reciept for the towing and still. Nothing. I get reimbursed by my insurance company and without the reciept I don't get paid. Would not deal with them again.
Locked my keys in my car, called AAA & Walls came to the rescue. He was fast & efficient, & saved the day! Thanks so much for your quick & kind service.
No one likes having a car towed, but I recommend this place if the need comes up. The driver who towed my car was quick and had a great sense of humor that made me feel better on an otherwise bad day.
