This is a review of the office staff, not the doctor. As a potential new patient, I was asked to provide insurance info. I was very quickly told that they did not take my insurance. I tried to politely explain how my third party provider scenario works but was assured they knew exactly how it worked and they didn't accept my insurance. After looking up which podiatrist my husband visited in May, to my surprise it was Dr. Waller.
