had an appt scheduled for 12/30/20149 at 3:30 pm. After 2 hours still hadn't received treatment and I was told it would be an additional 2 hours until treatment would even start (total 4 hours). I had already paid $295 when I checked in and did not want to wait until 7:00 pm for treatment. I requested a refund and I'm still waiting 3 weeks later. Recommendedgreat dentistry amazing chair side manner great office staff
I went in for an extraction in July, they made me prepay, during the visit I decided to try and save my tooth. Was told they would refund my money in a week or two, no biggie. Its now December and after many calls to this office and their corporate office, emails to corporate and a visit to this office to ask wth is going on..NOTHING! So make no mistake these people are all about the momey not the people. Very unprofessional! I would NOT recommend this shady place to anyone!
