RecommendedShout out to Doctor Gonzalez at. Waller Dental for being a super kind and informative dentist. I have a mild form of anxiety about doctors in general after the incident with My daughter’s birth and that horrid OB/Gyn. Then the dentist at Hempstead dental and his assistant were the opposite of relaxing. I came close to an anxiety attack twice in his chair. This place missed a lot of issues ny teeth had. when i got my last filling it wasn't even done on the right tooth but they say charged me for it. When I was there last I had a tooth that had chipped away and had a whole. this place just wanted to put a crown over it but that wouldn't have fixed the problem. Another tooth they worked on i complained of pain before they put a crown this tooth had an infection and had to have a root canal and another crown so I've had to pay for the same tooth twice. No one is ever on the same page, schedule wise; very unprofessional manager, who rather than help you would much rather argue and talk over you. Manager doesn't return calls UNTIL you request a copy of services rendered and records to be sent elsewhere. Their scheduling is always a conflict, horrible customer service. Definitely look elsewhere.

I went to get my teeth cleaned they charged me $70 for a cleaning that my insurance covered. They are crooks.
If you go to the college out there stay away from this dentist they'll get you in with friendly service but they'll mess up your mouth. My wisdom tooth was coming in and instead of taking the wisdom tooth out they took out the tooth in front of it damaging the tooth in front of that one and leaving a tip of the extracted tooth that later cause a mouth infection. If you need work done on your teeth seek out experience doctors in the Houston area surely you won't regret it years later.
