Please stop playing those tc baker commercials every 10 seconds on every radio station in the tri cities, if you are that desperate for customers you need to start a different business. In all my years living here I have never known a dealership to advertise to this degree of desperation.
Trusting a car dealer is a nightmare and I’m always suspicious. But Brent Morris at Wallace was absolutely amazing. He’s the best car salesman and person you could hope to find out there. Since I bought my car, he’s become a close dear friend and I’m thankful for the day i came into Wallace. I love my Subaru and couldn’t be happier with this experience!!

Bought a used truck from Wallace on July the 15th. As August 15th came closer my registration hadn't come in so I call over and ask about it and they say it's no big deal they will have me another 30 day temp tag printed and all I need to do is pick it up. I drive over to pick the tag up and it's not ready so I have to wait an hour and a half for them to print a new one. Now it's September 5th and I still haven't received my registration. We leased a 2017 Forester and it has now had to be towed twice to Wallace. That in itself is bad but the customer service, shall I say lack of, is what is the worst. It now sits at Wallace and they can't loan my wife a vehicle for whatever reason is not ok. I am 6500 miles away at work and our daughter is getting married on Friday but still Wallace can not loan her a vehicle. If you are in the market for a Subaru I suggest you travel to Knoxville or Roanoke to purchase.

Went in this evening to look at a new car, walked around, before going in the showroom, waited 15 minutes to be approached and nothing. No one spoke to us the entire time we were there. Guess they won’t sell a Crosstrek to this family. �
