Stop blasting commercials with desperate sounding TC Baker every 5 minutes, if you listen he changes his story every other commercial.....most annoying car dealership in the history of man!
I normally do not complain on the internet, but Wallace Subaru Of Bristol has been a complete joke of a company and customer service. A 2019 Subaru WRX MSRP is near 40k. (which is advertised as an AWD vehicle) with under 2,000 miles could not get a burnt out clutch replaced. Horrible disappointed and would never recommend them to anyone. Especially the service manager Chris Stapleton (lol yes I know). Sales experience was horrible.
My husband and I were recently in a car accident which led us to look for a safe, reliable vehicle. We found what we needed in the 2019 Subaru Outback. Our salesman Matt Wooldridge was very knowledgeable, considerate, and the roads he chose for us to test drive complimented the car perfectly. This car turns on a dime and thanks to Matt we received a fantastic deal that no other dealership could beat.
