After seeing the post of a recently fired employee for trying to better his family OUTSIDE of job there, I WILL NEVER shop there again. Was looking to buy a new vehicle for my daughter soon, but would not even consider this place...
The recent post by the fired salesman because he obtained his real estate license has forever tarnished the Wallace name. I have purchased from a Wallace dealership before but no longer. My search for a new auto will not include any Wallace dealership! If you treat you work family as you did him, how can I or anyone trust you?

Shout out to Gerald Jones for being a great salesman!! He was very nice and professional. They were really busy the day I bought my Crosstrek but they got everything done in a timely manner. From sales to finance they were awesome!! I would highly recommend Wallace Subaru of Bristol!!!

Craig is a great guy and if you have to get the deal done he is a closer. He sold me my 1st Crosstreck last year and today he was there again. Benjamin was the sales guy that actually sold me my Forester Sport today. Benjamin was great to work with. I highly recommend Wallace
