This property company manages parking at the Bellevue N. Shopping Center. I was given a $40 parking ticket for parking less than 15 minutes after purchasing a coffee at Panera and then getting an açai bowl around the corner. This is on a day where there were about 20+ spots open in the parking lot and did not have chalk drawn on my wheel indicating I had been there for an extended period of time.
