Best car buying experience EVER! Jay was low key yet professional, knowledgeable, patient and courteous. I was dreading going into the usual high pressure car sale drama, but Jay treated me with respect and actually listened to what I wanted. He made great suggestions and never made me feel pushed toward a car I couldn't afford or want. And sales mgr Joel was so sweet and pleasant to deal with, he truly went out of his way to help me get the car I wanted, and stay within my budget! These are the two guys to see at Mazda!
Ive used Wallace Mazda service for all of my service needs for my CX7. They have always been outstanding in finding what is wrong and fixing it in minimal time.....They don't try and "up sell" although they might make suggestions to watch something like needing a future brake job or tire issues etc.....They treat you like they have known you all their lives or are part of their family.....I would highly recommend them to anyone needing Mazda service.....When I replace my CX7, it will be with with Wallace....mainly due to my ... read more
