If you want to wait 3 hours for a simple oil change and then return to a car with someone else's garbage in your car from their lunch, then this is the place for you! Worst experience and will never be coming back. I don't ever eat in my own car!

This is my third Mazda and for years I have been taking my Mazdas to Wallace for service even though I live south near WPB. I feel comfortable and can trust their work and recommendations. Their friendly and efficient service is very much appreciated.
Used the service department to address malfunctioning wiper system, noise in the blower fan and an unpleasant odor. Dealt with Abbra and found her to be professional. Problem turned out to be an infestation and chewed wiring. Cleaned out the problem, got everything fixed and removed the odor. Couldn't be more satisfied.
Wayne Moon and "the team" are professional, knowledgeable, and if you can believe? Relieve the stress of buying a vehicle and actually make it a good experience!
