We just purchased a used Hyundai from Joe McLeod at Wallace Mazda and we could not have been happier with the buying experience we had working with Joe. He was helpful, knowledgable, patient, and made the effort to tune into what we wanted in a car and then worked to find that for us over several visits. The purchase process went smoothly with no heavy pressure at any point. We strongly recommend both Joe and Wallace Mazda, and the next time we need a car we will certainly start there if they have the car we are looking for.
Our buying experience was excellent. This is our 5th Mazda. Unfortunately, this new vehicle was in a collision. Our experience with the collision shop and subsequent lack of support from Wallace Mazda was pitiful. My letters to multiple levels of management, including Mr. Wallace, have been ignored.
