I had a great experience at Wallace automotive. Kevin and his team were very helpful and provided friendly service. No pushy sales people. The prices are good and they make sure you are satisfied as a customer. I got a Toyota RAV4 from them and I am very pleased!
These people are great at making a car look good. However, they are also good at covering up problems in a car. I drove my son 3 hours to pick up a car that appeared to be in great condition. We took a short test drive and it seemed good. As we were driving home, it stopped running and we found out it had a blown head gasket. We had to have it towed home. When I called them about the problem his response was "It's unfortunate". Offered no help to cover the $1000 repair.
I officially bought my second vehicle from Wallace Automotive Sales! Kevin and his team have helped me get back on the road twice when I didn't have a car! He has also sold two cars to my Mom as well! I can't thank Kevin and his team enough for always helping me get back on the road within days! I don't live in the CSRA, however he was still able to complete a transaction within a day! My family and I trust Wallace Automotive!
Unfortunately i purchased a 2010 Expedition from here that was listed on their website as having a full inspection and “clean bill of health” like most cars on their lot, and had problems literally as soon as i drove off not even a mile down the road.
