Just like I remember it! So yummy!! The smashers are so good.
Slow. 6 employees, 3 of us waiting 20 minutes for our food.
Brisket, tri-tip, smoked turkey, chicken, did I mention the brisket? It was all amazing. Wallaby' was a great date night. No less than 3 separate employees blew us away with amazing service.
I'm a sauce guy and I am a big fan of their BBQ sauce.
Looooved Wallabys before I was diagnosed Celiacs, love them even more now that I am Celiacs! They are so accommodating with my disease. They take extra care to make sure I enjoy their yummy food and don't get sick from them. I recommend them to everyone I meet who are looking for a good gluten free BBQ place :)
Best ribs in utah hands down. Love the smashers. Everything else was very good.
