Disrespectful and biased
I had a great experience with this program. I am working with Nikki, and she is amazing. She makes sure I understand the process,and get the results I need to happen. Thank you.
I lived there for a year. During that year my rent was raised 3 times. First I underpaid then I over paid. Today I got a letter saying I owe 1.62 for a day of utilities while I didn’t even live there. I had given proper notice, left apartment clean and got my deposit back. This office don’t know wth they are doing!
