Pizza order took 30 minutes longer then suggested time, got my order 10 minutes after I called to check on the status, delivery guy blamed it on a delivery he had to make in Corbett our pizza was cold and took an hour and 30 minutes to be delivered. I was reminded why I rarely if ever order pizza from this spot.
We ordered delivery and were given a 45 minute expected wait. I called after about 50 minutes and was told 15-20 more. Finally called and cancelled our order after another 30 minutes because our company had to leave. There was no apology and no explanation. I can understand being busy and things taking longer than expected, but the lack of communication and customer service leaves me no reason to try again in the future.
