Ma'am where do I start? I had two root canals done and he left part of the drill bits in the canals as well as some of the root. Never mentioned this to me. Two years later I had to have them retreated AND I had to have gum surgery to go into the bottom of my root and get the drill bit out. On top of that my son had a root canal that also needed to be retreated with in 2 years! They also recommended a deep cleaning for my teeth and they did my whole mouth in less than an hour (by a dental tech) and was charged 800.00! They n... read more
Exceptional in all ways!! My experience at Wallstreet Dental, which includes Dr. Yeary and the entire staff has been nothing short of exceptional. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by Becky and Debbie who made me feel so welcome. The dental hygienist, Jenny, was so thorough; explaining everything along the way and absolutely fantastic! DM Wow I love the way they take xrays here! no film in my mouth so no gagging. Very cheerful and informative. I did not wait long so no time to get nervous. I need to go back for some work, they are working with me to get an estamate from my insurance to help me get the work I need. The staff is caring and professional. I have found a new dentist.
jk Pleasant front office, very informative and concerned about not going over my insurance benefits. Dr Yeary was very informative. No Shots!!!! His staff made me feel very confortable, well for being in a dental office :) I did not wait long and the whole staff was very considerate. I am very happy and plan to send my family to this office.
Unprofessional staff I don't have too much to complain about with Dr. Yeary. I think he is caring and competent. However, we recently had an incident that was handled VERY unprofessionally by the office manager and one of the hygienists. I seriously question whether I will return. It is not just the dentist that makes the office worth going to.
Dissapointing Do not go here. Dr. Yeary looked in my mouth for 2 minutes, charged me 50$, and a week later i found out i have a cavity. He and the rest of the staff are not thorough at all and i now go to Eric Hopkins in Shawnee. Much much better service and i can trust that if there is something wrong with my teeth, they will immediately tell me and fix it. I recommend going there instead of Dr. Yeary
Dishonest Office When i first called Dr. Yeary's office i was very impressed with the wonderful office staff and the ease of getting an appointment. They urged me to get a procedure for cleaning that my insurance probably wouldnt cover, so they sat down with me and told me how much my part will be. They said i could make one payment a month for 3 months to pay the balance. After my first statment arrived with my balance, i made my first payment. Orthodontics visits! I was 11 when i went to Dr. James Yeary for orthodontics. I am now 12 and VERY happy with my teeth. It only took 12 months in braces. He is fast, but very thorough. All my family members went there for braces and their very happy with the service also. He is funny, and makes the appointment fun. He is also straight to the point, which i like! The ladies at the front desk are always happy to see you. All the assistants are fun to.
Bad dentist I went to this doctor for a crown a few years ago. It ended up costing me a lot of money to redo it at another dentist's. The original crown was too big, poorly fitted and I found out it had become infected underneath. Dr Yeary and his staff were fast but careless, the procedures were painful. If I hadn't been going to dentists for 20 years, I probably would have stopped after this experience. I don't know who reads these reviews but I would recommend staying away from his practice if you care about your teeth.
