Joshua Street was my service advisor and I have to say that he helped answer any questions I had. He also, made sure everything went smoothly with my appointment. My appointment was to have 3 new tires, 1 tire was filed with insurance claim, front end alignment and I had to have an oil change. He made sure EVERYTHING was done correctly and made sure I was happy with everything. We had a great experience getting our vehicle. Monique Veal made sure we were taken care of properly and in a timely manner . I have to say the experience with her was very thorough and straight forward. This was the the very first time we had purchased a vehicle from a dealership without having to sit there for hours, waiting to sign papers and get out of the places, and there were many In our lifetime.
I drove down from Pennsylvania last week for a long needed vacation. Well... I could see my water pump on my Avalon was going out. I took it over to Walker Toyota and man....Cliff Wood, and technician Matthew Taylor absolutely saved the day and my vacation. Especially my return back to Pennsylvania. They got my car done with a quickness making sure I could make the drive back. If I ever move down here, and I might, Walker Toyota will always have my business. Thank you all!!!!
