I brought my 2005 avalon for possible knock sensor it would be $100 + tax diagnostic feenext day they said it was two knock sensor to find witch one it would cost $400 plus parts next day I was told my car was to old if they broke anything I would be responsible and have to pay afiter paying $115.98 I noticed on the invoice two things was on it I wasn't told would bring estimate to $1340 1) intake 2) plenum gasket
Mr Menard is very unprofessional and definitely not good for the business. We have Tire and service insurance that covers any issues with tires. We had previous two experience where my tire needs repair/replacement as I had to pay nothing extra as I already purchased insurance . But this time I interact with Minrd and I provide him all necessary details of my insurance coverage that I purchased for my tire but he insisted to charge me extra even though I already have Full coverage.
