Communication is a big problem at walker Toyota. Every employee's(from sales to service) phone is set to do not disturb. When you leave a voice mail, do not expect a return call. I had a total loss and needed paperwork from the dealership for the GAP. 2 weeks of calling and going up there twice just for the GM Chad Sweat to give me the wrong paperwork.
