This place is garbage. They set up a meeting with us to rent a house and then rented it out from under us and didn't even call to cancel the meeting. So happy they did now that I read the reviews! The only 5 star reviews are fake from people who work there. This place is a total joke drummed up charges from slum lord.
VERY unprofessional!! Was told we got approved for a house and could come sign the lease and they rented it right out from under us never called didn't answer our calls just left a note on the house when we were supposed to meet them! Seeing all these terrible reviews I'm so glad I didn't rent from them!!
STUDENTS BEWARE- Reggie Walker is hands down the most dishonest person I have ever encountered in my 52 years of life. If I could give him a zero I would. He has been reported to the Better Business Bureau over 30 times for his dishonest practices and has a D rating. Keep Reporting this slum lord. F- Rating!!!
If I could give them less than one star, I would. Walker Rentals is the worst place I have ever rented from in my 8 years of living on my own. They knowingly moved us into a cockroach INFESTATION without giving us a warning. When I called to get it taken care of, they gave us a few bug bombs and sprayed some bug spray from Lowe's. Absolutely loved renting from them. Lived on hickory by church. Sweet little one bedroom. They were johnny on spot if needed repairs. They did lawn maintenance and left flower beds alone. Loved house and landlord. If job would allow and available. Would move back in at a moments notice. A great landlord and staff. Will rent from them again when my job puts me in area
