Miserable crooks. Very shady characters
They will cheat you out of you security deposit no matter what you do! Do not plan on getting it back! They take your deposit to clean for their next tenants! They will not come and fix anything for you! Yet they have your money because they either make you write 12 (post dated checks for the year...which by the way...they should NEVER ask someone to do that...Those checks are 100% valid once a signature is on them and they could cash them at any point they wanted and the tenant is technically liable for all that money!) or ... read more
Walker Rentals is by far the worst landlord I've ever had. They are rude, dishonest, inconsiderate, and frankly downright shady -- avoid them at all costs. A sampling of my experiences with them: - Our dishwasher (advertised when we rented the property) did not work the entire time that we lived there (10 months). It leaked water all over the kitchen floor when we ran it, and it barely cleaned dishes. We asked them to fix it many times but they never did. About five months in...Continue Reading
